ATake Obtains Final Judgment of Non-Infringement in Patent Litigation
July 8, 2015 [Shenzhen, China] - - - ATake announced today that a Final Judgment of Non-Infringement (DE 73) of Leading Edge Novelty, Inc., and Tsan-Yao, Chen’s U.S. Patents (Numbers 7,617,624) has been entered in favor of ATake’s customers, based on the Florida District Court’s “Markman Order” (DE 66) and the Court’s Order Denying Plaintiff’s Reconsideration (DE 69).
“This litigation has been ongoing for 230 days and we are pleased with the Court’s final judgment”, said Jack Lee, President for ATake. “We are confident that the Court correctly decided the issue.”
